Our technicians are factory trained, ASE and I-CAR certified, and qualified to repair cars and trucks both foreign and domestic. They keep those certifications current because vehicle technology does not sit still, and a procedure that was correct five years ago may not be correct on a vehicle built last year.

Repair process
Estimate
Before any work begins we assess the damage and provide a complete written estimate to you and to your insurance company. Parts needed for the repair are ordered at this stage.
Vehicle prep
Damaged parts are disassembled so we can see what is behind them. If hidden damage turns up, you hear about it right away rather than at pickup.
Body work
Structural repairs are completed, dents worked out, and new panels prepared and installed with priming, sealing, and corrosion protection applied. The area is then cleaned and sanded ready for paint.
Paint
The repair area is washed, prepped, primed, sanded, and sealed before refinishing begins.
Pickup
Once all work is finished the vehicle is cleaned and ready for you. We call when it is done.
Full service collision repair center
We know how much it disrupts your week to have your vehicle in the shop. We take as much of that off your plate as we can.
Shuttle service
Our shuttle will pick you up and drop you off as needed within Rochester city limits.
Loaners and rentals
Available on site, so no second trip. Ask your agent whether your policy includes rental coverage.

- Park near the Collision Center.
- Remove your keys and lock the vehicle.
- Fill out a drop-off envelope, found below the drop box.
- Seal your keys inside the envelope and slide it into the drop slot.
- Include a phone number so we can reach you.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Walk in during estimating hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 11:45 a.m. or 1:15 to 3:45 p.m. Scheduling ahead guarantees your spot.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Estimates are free with no obligation, and under Minnesota law you are only required to get one.
Do you repair vehicles you didn't sell?
Yes. We repair all makes and models, foreign and domestic, regardless of where the vehicle was purchased.
Can I drop my vehicle off when you're closed?
Yes, using the secure drop box by the main door. Park near the Collision Center, lock the vehicle, seal your keys in a drop-off envelope from below the box, and include a phone number.
Is my repair guaranteed?
Yes. Our repairs carry a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle.
