REPAIR PROCESS

1. ESTIMATE ... Before any work is done, we'll access the damage to your vehicle. We'll give you or your insurance company a complete written estimate. Parts needed to make the repair are ordered. Please feel free to stop in during these convenient estimating hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 11:45am and in the afternoon, 1:15 to 3:45pm.
2. VEHICLE PREP ... The damaged parts of your vehicle will be disassembled. You'll be alerted if there is any hidden damage found at this point.
3. BODY WORK ... Structural body repairs will be repaired, dents taken out, new panels prepared and installed, priming, sealing and corrosion protection adhered. The repair area will be cleaned, sanded and ready to be painted.
4. PAINT ... The area will be washed with soap and water, and then prepped, primed, sanded and sealed. The vehicle will then begin the painting process.
5. PICK-UP ... After all work is completed, your vehicle is cleaned and ready for you to pick up.

FULL-SERVICE COLLISION REPAIR CENTER

We recognize the inconvenience and stress endured when your daily routine is interrupted by the necessity for auto body repair. We make the process easy on you from start to finish. The Shuttle will pick you up and drop you off as needed. On-site loaner and rental vehicles are available too. (Ask your agent if you have rental coverage.) We work with all insurance companies to ensure your vehicle is repaired correctly and efficiently.

Rochester Collision Center South is located at the Southwest corner of Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac. If it's more convenient for you to drop your vehicle off before or after regular hours, you'll find a secure Drop Box by the main door. Simply park your vehicle by the Collision Center, remove keys and lock your vehicle. Fill out a drop-off envelope (located below the Drop Box), seal your keys inside the envelope and slide it in to the drop slot.
