Do I need to file an insurance claim before I call?
It's the fastest path. Once your carrier issues a claim number, we can move straight into scheduling the estimate and repair. If you'd rather see the damage priced first, we'll still give you a free estimate — call 507.252.2505.
Do you repair vehicles you didn't sell?
Yes. Both collision centers repair all makes and models, whether the vehicle came from us or not.
Can I choose where my vehicle gets repaired?
In Minnesota, the repair shop is your choice. Your insurance company may suggest a shop, but you decide who does the work. We work with all insurance companies.
What does a hail estimate cost?
Nothing. Estimates are free at both locations.
Will I have a rental while my vehicle is in the shop?
That depends on your policy. Ask your insurance company whether rental reimbursement is included when you file — it's a common add-on and worth confirming early.
How long does hail repair take?
It depends on how many panels are affected and whether any glass or trim needs replacing. We'll give you a timeline with your estimate, and after a large storm we'll let you know where you sit in the queue.
Should I get hail damage fixed if the car still drives fine?
Dents left alone can lead to paint cracking and surface rust, and unrepaired hail damage lowers what your vehicle appraises for at trade-in or sale. It's worth at least getting it documented and estimated.
