CURRENT COVID-19 PROCEDURES:
Your safety and the safety of our employees is our top priority. Upon entering any of our Rochester Motor Cars facilities, guests MUST wear a face covering, unless they qualify under the following categories:
- Children two years of age or younger.
- Individuals actively eating or drinking.
- Individuals unable to wear a face covering due to medical, disability or developmental reasons Individuals speaking to an audience, whether in person or through broadcast, as long as the speaker remains six feet or more away from other individual.
- Individuals speaking to someone who is deaf or hard of hearing and requires the mouth to be visible to communicate.
We are currently operating under our normal business hours, which can be seen on individual store websites.
Some things we’ve implemented in our store in order to maintain a safe and controlled environment include but are not limited to:
- Practice social distancing & abide CDC guidelines
- Required good hygiene habits by washing hands frequently with soap and water
- New installation of hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the dealership
- Regular sanitizing of highly trafficked and touched surfaces such as: sales desks, car door handles, water fountains, doorknobs, restrooms and refreshment station
- Remote working option for employees if permittable
- Limited travel amongst the multiple locations under the RMC umbrella
- Distributed critical information to all department managers and business partners to educate and help prevent any possible spread
- Continued communication with numerous agencies to follow the virus very carefully in order to receive any new developments and protocols
