In 1999, when we became Rochester Motor Cars, our owner took a poll to see what people liked and disliked about the car buying process. What he concluded was that the majority did not enjoy the back and forth of negotiating. Since then, we have put our best, lowest price up front for everyone to see. Every vehicle is clearly marked both on the lot and online with our Best Price for everyone to see, including our competitors. We believe everyone deserves the Best Price, not just those who have a knack for haggling.


How do we know what the Best Price is?

We use several pricing and inventory tools to help us determine the market of our vehicles. It will let us know how rare a vehicle is or how other vehicles in the market are priced. Based on the condition and mileage, we are able to put a fair honest price on our vehicles. We put our Best Price up front, but with the change of the market and seasons, we do adjust accordingly to make sure you are getting the Best deal possible.


How can we offer Best Price in a competitive market?

Simple: our sales staff is not paid on commission. They do not care if you buy a $2,000 vehicle or a $50,000; all they care is that they help you find the right vehicle for you. Our sales staff is paid based on customer satisfaction and volume, so no need to price the vehicles higher to cover sales staff. Our goal is to save you time & money. We don't want to sell you just 1 car, but become your longterm, trusted dealer.
